Key Responsibilities
- Perform and certify line maintenance activities on endorsed aircraft and engine types
- Ensure compliance with EASA regulations and company procedures
- Maintain accurate records, logbooks, and technical documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of safety, reliability, and efficiency in maintenance operations
Candidate Requirements
1. Licence
- Valid UK CAA Part-66 Licence with the following type ratings:
- Boeing 747-400 with PW4000 & CF6 engines
2. Type Training
- Completed type training delivered by an EASA Part-147 approved organisation
3. Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience within a Part-145 Maintenance Organisation, with proven competence in line maintenance
4. Education
- College degree or higher (or equivalent qualification) in aviation, engineering or related field
5. Language
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
6. Previous Authorisation
- Holder of QA Authorisation (support staff or certifying staff) from a previous employer
7. Mandatory Training
- Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS)
- Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) / Critical Design Configuration Control Limitations (CDCCL) – Level 2
- Human Factors
8. Recent Experience Validation
- Logbook signed by the Quality Director of the candidate’s current or previous employer, confirming relevant experience within the last 2 years / 6 months
