Guneet Mirchandani
Chairman & Principal Shareholder
Guneet Mirchandani, Chairman of AIR ONE International Holdings, is a second-generation entrepreneur and aerospace engineering graduate from Kingston University, London. Under his leadership, AIR ONE has become a leading global operator of widebody freighters, with its airlines connecting key trade lanes across Asia and Europe. His focus on growth, innovation, and service excellence continues to drive the group’s expansion worldwide.
Ayrat Gilmutdinov
Chief Executive Officer
Ayrat is a results-driven aviation leader with extensive experience delivering innovative, data-led projects and organizational change. He is a key part of streamlining maintenance and engineering operations across the AIOH group airlines.
He holds a Master’s in International Relations and Laws from TISBI, an EMBA from HULT International Business School, and is a certified circular economy expert from Ecole des Ponts Business School.
Previously Chief Commercial Officer in an MRO and earlier Chief Operating Officer, Ayrat now leads the creation of an agile, high-performing technical organization across the Group, ensuring the fleet remains safe, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective.
Alex John
Director Supply Chain & Logistics
With over 35 years in aviation materials and supply chain management, Alex has led and transformed logistics operations for major airlines across the Middle East.
His career spans from GAMCO (now Etihad Engineering) and the launch of Etihad Airways to establishing Flydubai’s Supply Chain Division in 2011.
Armed with a Master’s in Materials Management, Alex brings a hands-on, data-driven approach to building efficient, compliant, and technology-enabled supply chain systems at AIR ONE Technics.
Roshan Sujore
Chief Technical Officer
Roshan is a UK City University and Cranfield University graduate with over 30 years of aviation experience. He has worked with major airlines and MROs worldwide, including Air Mauritius, ADAT, Etihad Airways Engineering, and GAES, across both Boeing and Airbus fleets.
He has held Post Holder roles in Maintenance, Engineering, and Planning under EASA, FAA and UK CAA regulations, covering production, technical services, and procurement functions.
At AIR ONE Technics, Roshan leads the design of world-class technical and operational systems, overseeing line maintenance and continuing airworthiness management to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability
